Moxie software offers a range of products to enhance the customer support and sales experience which all integrate to provide a comprehensive solution. Most relevant to this category is the Service Chat product which sets up a website for live chat support. However, it's still worth considering all the other products available to see what they can do for you. These are enterprise level services and as such we would mostly recommend them to mid to large size organisations.

Moxie products come tailored to your specific requirements so we can't give you an exact idea of the price, but it will probably be suited to the budget of most mid-sized organisations. You can get in touch via live chat on Moxie to discuss exactly what you need. The best deals will likely be had by people looking to integrate a few different Moxie services. Hosting can either be on your own servers or in Moxie's cloud – the cloud solution is easier to set up, but hosting on your own servers could save money long term.

Moxie suggest placing the live chat button anywhere on your site that you think visitors may need some help. To do so is just a case of copying a few lines of code which will display the button and allow users to connect with your operators. When an operator picks up the call they can see the full history of interactions with the user across all of the Moxie products you have running. This helps them deal with the call efficiently and creates a feeling of continuity for your customers. Moxie have plenty of studies on their website showing how this can lead to improved sales and customer support ratings.

One of the main let downs with Moxie's Service Chat is that the only operator client available is a Windows desktop application. While the application itself is rich in functionality and very user friendly it would be useful to have access to a web-based version too. This also means there are no mobile clients for answering calls on the go.

Overall we think Moxie Service Chat offers a pretty good level of service and we particularly like the fact it can integrate, not only with other Moxie products, but also a range of other backend systems you may have.
