I have tired several live chat solutions before I found Helponclick. It includes all I wanted to have. First of all I could really integrate it into my website within few minutes as advertized. Then I was able to design my own chat button to fit the website design, and upload it. So now I am absolutely satisfied with the button design.
I could benefit from the extended opportunities of invitation rules and I like the set of reports that they provide.
I like the design and navigation very much. It is very simple and clear, not irritating.
I would recommend Helponclick to all small business owners because it is simple, affordable and it is really great and feature-rich.
In summary, I would recommend Help On Click to a friend.
