I've set up Flashcoms Community Chat for a website and I have the following to share with anyone considering a chat solution:
The tool itself works fine BUT it is not even worth the absolute nightmare of horrible stupidity that you have to deal with regarding their sales and support staff to get it going. Then, if you even have to change something, God help you!!! These people are complete idiots! I had to go with them at the time for a specific feature and I almost lost my account several times do to horrible communication with sales and support. Save yourself a huge headache and keep looking!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Flash Coms Chat Software to a friend.
