Good Live Chat Software for Shoping Sites

My name is Bobby, I own a small online shoes shopping site, two months ago, I want inserted a online helpdesk software which could promote my selling. I search live chat on Google, compared several softwares, finally I chose 123 Live Help (http://www.123flashchat.com/live-help-chat), as I have dedicated server, their support team installed and integrated the software for me free. I have been using this software for two months, it really help me a lot, I hired one girl online service the customers. Thanks for 123 Live Help, a good software.
