I have tried numerous other programs and this is by far the best one available. With a great attractive chat window that entice visitors to chat with us, and a great monitoring system to monitor which customers are potential buyers. Very advance and yet simple to use. Really hands down the best live chat program out there ! I'm excited about this ! James In summary, I would recommend Live Chat Inc. to a friend.
